Integration guide
Qualtrics
Gives learners a link to your Qualtrics survey with the learner and course attached, and brings completed answers back to the learner’s record.
What you need
- A Qualtrics licence with API access.
- An API token and your data centre ID.
Permissions requested and why

Bodhaka Lumen asks for nothing beyond this list. Credentials you enter are encrypted with your workspace’s own key and are never shown again after saving.
How to connect
- In Qualtrics, open Account Settings, Qualtrics IDs, and generate an API token. Note your data centre ID.
- In Bodhaka Lumen, open Integrations, choose Qualtrics, enter them and choose the surveys to follow.
- Try the connection, then switch it on.
How to disconnect and delete data
- Remove the integration in Bodhaka Lumen. The stored token is deleted.
- In Qualtrics, regenerate the API token so the old one stops working.
- Answers already brought in stay with the learner’s record in Bodhaka Lumen until your administrator deletes them.
To have any data that came through this integration deleted from Bodhaka Lumen, your workspace administrator can delete it, or write to support@bodhakalumen.com. See the Privacy Policy.
